Richard Fantham, Company Director and Project Manager, leads the team at Radius Building. Richard has been building homes for more than two decades — but his approach was shaped long before that. As a former Infantry Officer in the New Zealand Army, Richard learned the value of structure, meticulous planning, clear decision-making and quiet accountability. These are qualities he carried directly into the building industry, where they quickly set him apart. Clients describe Richard as steady, thoughtful and always prepared. He sees what others overlook. He anticipates challenges before they appear. And he brings a level of organisation to each project that makes the entire experience calmer, clearer and more enjoyable for his clients. Richard builds with purpose: To craft beautiful homes and to guide clients through a process they will remember for all the right reasons.
Michele Fantham, Company Director and Office Manager, attends to administrative and financial matters at Radius Building. My background in international banking, systems development and executive management developed my love of precision, problem-solving and efficiency. Today, that translates into ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Family, kindness and community are at the heart of everything I do. I love spending time with my family and friends, our dogs and being outdoors. Life on our lifestyle block, gardening and keeping active are the things that keep me grounded. I also have a genuine passion for learning, helping others and supporting the people around me, both personally and professionally. I'm definitely a people person, even if much of my work happens behind the scenes. I ensure the administrative details that support our business and every project are handled with care and precision.
